How do I join a watch group?
Go to Home, use the movie/cinema chain/venue filters or the search bar to find a screening you're interested in, then open a group and tap "Join Group" — you're in immediately, no approval needed. (Only brand-new groups need admin approval before they're visible to join — see below.)
How do I start my own watch group?
From Home, tap "Create Group," then pick a movie, cinema, day and showtime, and set a vibe, max group size, meeting spot, and discussion topic. New groups need a quick admin approval before they're visible for others to join — you'll see it in My Watch Party marked "Pending Approval" until then.
Are showtimes always accurate?
We pull showtimes directly from cinema websites and refresh them regularly, but venues sometimes change times or cancel screenings without notice. Always confirm with the cinema directly before you head out.
What is Reel Talk?
Reel Talk is our discussion board — tap the pencil button in the bottom-right to post your thoughts about a movie. Mark a post "Contains Spoilers" and it'll be blurred until someone chooses to reveal it.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email — we'll send you a link to set a new one.
I didn't get my confirmation email. What now?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, go back to the sign-in page, switch to Sign Up, and use the "Resend confirmation email" option that appears after signing up.
How do I report a problem with a group or a user?
Contact us directly using the details below with as much detail as possible — the group name, the user involved, and what happened — and we'll take a look.
